1½ hours per round - 2 games (45 minutes per game)
If the game is not completed on time, then a move per minute for 10 minutes.
If the move per minute does not create a decision, then the referee will make a decision for the results.
Either opponent may request referee to conclude 1st game on time after an 40 minutes, so 2nd game will start on time.
A touch piece must be played if its a legal move, otherwise 1st time warning, get permission to straighten pieces.
A 3 point bye round would be awarded as the first bye, thereafter to the lowest opponent.
The first bye is 3 points and thereafter 2 points awarded to multiple byes.
If a player
is 15 minutes late, then the game will be forfeited.
If
a player is 45 minutes late or more, then both games will be forfeited.
Re-pairing, only if necessary in last round.
